- Acceptance. By accessing own-girlfriend.com or using OwnGirlfriend, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
- Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
- Fictional characters. All companions are artificial, fictional characters depicted as adults. They are not real people and do not represent real individuals.
- Not professional advice. Conversations are for entertainment only and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
- Account registration. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
- Account responsibility. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Acceptable use. You agree not to use the service for unlawful, harmful, harassing or fraudulent purposes.
- Prohibited content. You may not request or create content involving minors, non-consent, real persons without permission, or any illegal material.
- Misuse. Attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or disrupt the service are prohibited.
- User content. You keep ownership of the text you submit and grant us a limited license to process it in order to operate the service.
- Generated content. Images and replies generated for you may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise stated.
- Intellectual property. The OwnGirlfriend name, logo, design, characters and site content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law.
- Free and paid plans. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, as described at checkout.
- Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We review exceptional cases individually.
- Price changes. We may change prices with prior notice. Changes apply to the next billing period.
- Availability. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Modifications to the service. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
- Suspension and termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
- Disclaimer of warranties. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
- Indemnification. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
- Third-party services. We are not responsible for products or services offered by third parties linked from the site.
- Privacy. Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
- Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the service operator, without regard to conflict of law rules.
- Dispute resolution. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
- Changes to the Terms. We may revise these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
